REFUND, RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to return any product that is bought from us return request should be raised within 5 days from delivery date. Any returns will not be processed unless and until a return request is initiated from the customer’s end. Any product that has surpassed 5 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for return/ refund

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item the customer purchased is defective or did not meet customer expectation. If you receive a defective item, please contact us through the buyer seller messaging service within 24 hours of delivery time with details of the product and the defect/reason.

Items that are authorized for return should not have any signs of use. In case the items seem to be used by the customer the return request will not be accepted.

Once your return request is authorized, we will contact you for your preferred time, upon your confirmation our delivery associate will get in touch with you to collect the item. Return item should be supplemented with the invoice copy. Any item without the invoice copy will not be eligible for return and refund.
